It is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation and fitness centre for northern based jockeys.
If you are a currently licensed Jockey who is injured, then services are free of charge subject to availability.

Jack Berry House charges reflect the charitable objectives of the Injured Jockeys Fund.
Most services – such as physiotherapy and massage – are free of charge to professional licence holders, including conditional and apprentice jockeys.
There are different fee structures for retired licence holders, stable staff and non racing residents living in the local area (if capacity allows).
The IJF are also a registered treatment provider with BUPA.
