Oaksey House, situated in Lambourn, Berkshire, is a rehabilitation centre for jockeys past and present, the racing workforce, other sports men and women and those from the local community.
Opened in September 2009 as the flagship building of the Injured Jockeys Fund the eco friendly building comprises, office and social space, clinical treatment rooms, fully equipped gyms and 12 independent living apartments.
These provide permanent homes for some retired jockeys and their families, the others are used for those beneficiaries who need to stay whilst completing a period of rehabilitation.
In addition there are 3 function rooms of various sizes all fully equipped with AV and WiFi and available for hire.
